If an order / package is CONFISCATED or REJECTED and not returned by customs there will be no refunds, no re-shipments, shipping charges are non-refundable - check with your Country's Customs Office on import regulations BEFORE ordering.
 
If your order / shipment is returned for any reason the customer will be charged the shipping price again for reshipment (except our errors). Please Triple check your input ship to address is complete and correct. Shipping and Handling or Delivery fees are non-refundable. We only refund the product purchase price.

There is a 30 day Exchange / Return LIMIT from the date of purchase. EXCHANGES / RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 35 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. By Exchanging Returning the Products you TESTIFY that you have Not Wore or Soiled the products and they contain NO BIOHAZARDS.

Please be patient we will get back to you with your EXCHANGE # / RETURN # AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ( EA # or RA # ) via EMAIL. Send ALL the product(s) back the way you received them, same condition, plus a COPY of the ORDER RECEIPT and what you need done - information inside. A designer hospital gown and it's matching surgical cap are a set 1 product, exchange / return both.

All Exchanges Returns must use some type of DELIVERY CONFIRMATION in order to ASSURE tracking of your shipments, product(s), as we cannot and do not give credit for items that we do not receive back to our operations center. You may want to use INSURANCE, to fully cover your exchange return order. NO COD's accepted. The Customer pays for exchange / return shipping back to us. Thank you very much.
